Little Princess Spa is a magical Spa, Salon, and Party PALACE, where princesses’ dreams come true.

We provide private parties such as Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Play Dates and Gender Reveal parties ; we also provide DAY SPA individual appointments for your girl to feel like a princess any day of the year.

Additionally we host Events throughout the year, haircuts, summer, spring and winter camps. And we also offer Classes (such as: Art, Dance, Stretch, DIY) at some locations.

Little Princess Spa is a PRIVATE venue. This means that for your party or day spa appointment you will have the whole venue to yourself. You will not need to share your reserved time-slot with others who are not your guests.

 

Little Princess Spa Events are on a group basis, you will share the venue with other guests who purchased a ticket for the event.

No, we are not open everyday, we open by appointment only. No walk-ins! You must schedule a date and time for Day Spa, Birthday Parties, or Haircuts.

We cater to young girls between the ages of 2 to 15. It is up for the parent/ adult to assess the maturity of their child to receive mini-spa services.

Our phone hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 10:00am-6:00pm.

  • For Saturday and Sunday times slots for a 2 hour party are 10am-12pm, 1pm-3pm, 4pm-6pm.
  • For Saturday and Sunday time slots for a 3 hour party are 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm, 4pm-7pm
  • For Monday thru Friday time slots for a 2 hour party 4pm-6pm, 5pm-7pm
  • For Monday thru Friday time slots for a 3 hour party 4pm-7pm, 5pm-8pm

NO, there is NO refund for Parties or Day Spa appointments that are cancelled.

Little Princess Spa will not issue any refunds or change the day and time of the party, appointment or event. In the event of Force Majeure ONLY Little Princess Spa shall not be deemed in default or otherwise liable under these rules and policies due to its inability to perform its obligations by reason of any fire, earthquake, flood, substantial snowstorm, epidemic, accident, explosion, casualty, strike, lockout, labor controversy, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, cyber-terrorism, embargo, war, act of God, or any municipal, county, state or national ordinance or law, or any executive, administrative or judicial order (which order is not the result of any act or omission which would constitute a default hereunder), or any failure or delay of any transportation, power, or communications system or any other or similar cause not under SITE’S control (hereinafter all of the foregoing is collectively referred to as ‘FORCE MAJEURE’). Notwithstanding the foregoing, SITE shall be permitted to terminate this Agreement with or without notice to USER in the event that USER is prevented from performing hereunder due to FORCE MAJEURE. WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND; we will issue a credit of the deposit paid by you for you to use towards your next party/appointment/event; this only applies if force of majeure occurs.

We have a parents or “Mommies Lounge” with ample seating and a coffee table at the front of the Spa. We invite parents to enjoy their time but PLEASE be mindful of your child. The Fairies (our staff) are occupied providing the magical services and we appreciate the assistance of each parent in monitoring their child.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF A CHILD IS LOST, MISSING, OR WHO THE CHILD GOES HOME WITH.  We recommend parents or adults hosting the party to be aware of who is picking up each child.

The parents or adults hosting the party are responsible for their kid- guests and dismissing the kids at the end of the party. We are a private party venue with 1 front door entrance where it can be easily monitored who comes in and out. We recommend parents have the contact of every child guest’s pick-up.

A child from a previous party is NOT allowed to stay behind alone to wait for a late pick-up. We request that the parents or responsible adult hosting the party wait with them outside the venue if it is past their party time-frame.

We have safety cameras in all areas of the spa in all our locations.

Yes, we have an electronic waiver at the entrance of the spa for every guest and non-guest child that will be inside the Little Princess Spa venue.

Our packages range from extremely accessible to high end parties packages.

Your package does not affect our excellent service and dedication that we provide for every party experience!

You are welcome to bring outside foods, snacks, deserts, birthday cake and / or cupcakes; we recommend finger foods and quick bites but this is up to you. Any trays you will need to display or set up your food. WE PROVIDE A CAKE STAND.

 Water, juice, soda and drinks for the parents such as wine and champagne. Bring ice!!  WE PROVIDE TWO ICE BUCKETS.

For decorations you can bring balloon bouquets, table centerpieces, candy stations, small name banners, flowers. Goodie bags or treats to hand out at the end of the party. WE SELL BALLOON TOWERS, THEMED PANELS, CANDY STATION AND PARTY FAVORS which you can add to your party package. We provide 3 beautiful white tables pre decorated at the front of the spa for you to use.

Also bring utensils: cake plates, food plates, napkins, disposable cups, forks, spoons, and knives if necessary. WE SELL A PARTY UTENSILS KIT FOR $25 which you can add to your party package.

Disclaimer: Confetti, Orbeez, Soap Bubbles and Fireworks or similar are not allowed inside the Spa.

YES, the doors will open for you to come in 30 minutes prior to your party’s starting time.

Example: If your party is at 1 PM, you can come in to set up at 12:30 PM.

We DO provide help, our Fairies and Supervisor will assist you setting up your food, drinks, and decor if you arrive within the 30 mins prior to your party.

You DO NOT have to clean up, clean up is done by our staff after your party is over.

Yes, we allow outside food and yes, we do have food packages as well. See our “party Add-Ons” for food packages or call the locations nearest to you.

Please avoid soups or extremely messy foods for the kids.

We recommend 30 mins. after your party’s starting time.

NO, no ice cream cake since we do not have a freezer.

YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE NUMBER OF KIDS YOU CONFIRMED (REGARDLESS OF IF SOMEONE DOESN’T SHOW UP THE DAY OF). The MANAGER OR RESERVATIONIST will call you the week of your party to confirm your final number of guests. You will pay for the number of kids confirmed on your invoice. WE DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS!

If any of your guest(s) arrives late for the party, some of the spa service that is included in your package will be reduced/cut off. Meaning, your late guest will not be getting all of the spa services included in your party package because time will not permit. Your supervisor will let you know which services your late guest will not be getting and which spa service your guest may be getting.

The guest(s) that will participate in the pink lemonade cheers are the ones arriving at the party on time. The toast is done in the first 10-15 minutes from the start of the party. Any guest(s) arriving past this time will not participate in the toast.

NO SOCKS ARE ALLOWED during the party, we take off any shoes, socks, or stockings before we start the spa services. We put their shoes and socks/ stockings back on at the end of the Party/ Day Spa. This is our protocol for safety reasons. 

YES, siblings of a kid- guest can be at the party, but may not do the spa services or other activities included in the Party Package (unless they are added as an additional child). We ask a maximum of 2 adults per child, outside of the birthday girl’s family.

Yes, IF ample time is available to make the changes necessary. For this you should CALL THE LOCATION where you booked your reservations (Party or Day Spa) and speak to the reservationist about your options. See our “ Add-Ons” website page.

If you need an additional hour, that needs to be booked the day that you booked your timeslot.

NO, absolutely no foods are allowed for Day Spa appointments.

NO, all our Spa services are for entertainment purposes only. They are done by our Fairies.

We use disposable applicators for every child’s makeup. We do NOT touch products to skin directly (ex. Lipstick is not applied directly, we use a disposable tool). Every child has their own comb for Hair-do, we do not reuse it; it is later thoroughly sanitized through a multi-step process. We keep the combs stored in Barbicide.

 

Please be advised that if a child has LICE we WILL NOT provide any type of Hair service, and it will be communicated to the responsible adult present.

 

The water for Mini-Mani and Mini-Pedi is CHANGED and bowls sanitized between every child. And the Mini-Facial is applied with disposable cotton balls.

 

The spa is cleaned and all surfaces are sanitized before every party. We want our customers to know they have a fresh and clean private venue just for them for the duration of the event.

Hand sanitizer is present at every station.

  • A 20% tip of your party’s total will be included for the Fairies and Supervisor
  • We send you invitations for you to use once you book with us. The waivers are also sent out before the party.
  • If you do not arrive 30 mins prior to the party commencing, we cannot guarantee the fairies will have time to help you set up the food and decoration.
  • The party will begin and end on time! If the parents or birthday girl arrive late we reserve the right to make some changes to the amount of services to better accommodate your party.
  • We encourage you to bring the girls nail polish-free and nails clipped.
  • We do not take off GEL or Shellac nail polish.
