Welcome to Little Princess Spa!
We are delighted to have your child participate in our magical Summer Camp Program. Please read this waiver carefully. Participation is strictly prohibited without a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in our summer camp includes a variety of spa-themed and recreational activities, including hair-dos, mini-mani, mini-pedi, facials, crafts, games, and more. These activities are for entertainment only and are not performed by licensed cosmetologists. We do not use powered tools or harsh chemicals, but minor reactions may still occur.
By enrolling your child:
We strive for a safe, joyful environment. Our staff is trained and attentive, but parents/guardians remain responsible for providing accurate information, emergency contacts, and ensuring their child is suitable for participation.
Not a Childcare or Daycare Facility
Little Princess Spa® camps are recreational enrichment programs and are not licensed daycare or childcare services. Supervision is provided in accordance with program activities, but parents acknowledge this is not a childcare facility.
Medication Policy
Camp staff do not administer medication.
Product Sensitivity & Allergies
Spa products used are child-safe; however, individual sensitivities may occur. Parents assume all risk related to skin reactions, allergic responses, or irritation, whether known or unknown.
Transportation Disclaimer
Little Princess Spa® does not provide transportation to or from camp. Parents are solely responsible for drop-off and pick-up.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Little Princess Spa to seek medical attention for my child. I understand that:
Behavior & Safety Guidelines
Campers are expected to:
We reserve the right to dismiss campers who are disruptive or unsafe. No refunds will be issued for early dismissal due to misbehavior.
Parents will be notified as soon as possible of any behavioral, safety, or medical incidents involving their child.

Consent to Change Outfit
In the event of a spill, accident, or bathroom mishap:
We will contact the parent or legal guardian immediately. A change of clothes must be brought to the spa so the child can change. Staff will not assist with changing; a parent or guardian must provide clean clothing and guidance as needed.
Camp Environment & Limitations
A late fee of $5 per minute will be charged for pickups after camp hours.
Contagious Illness Release
You affirm that:
Illness Policy
Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours before attending camp. This includes fever, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious rashes, or flu-like symptoms.
If a child becomes ill during camp, the parent/guardian must arrange pickup within one hour.
Media & Photo Consent
I authorize Little Princess Spa to use my child’s photo, video, or likeness in media or promotional content. I waive any compensation or claim related to their usage.
Fraud, Payment & Legal
Camp registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the registration agreement or due to a verified medical condition with documentation from a licensed physician.
Camp Cancellation by Facility
Little Princess Spa® reserves the right to cancel or modify camp sessions due to low enrollment, weather, staffing, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, families will be notified and offered a credit or refund at the spa’s discretion.
No Refunds or Credits
All camp registrations are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for missed days, early dismissal, illness, behavioral removal, late arrival, or withdrawal for any reason.
Franchise Relationship Disclosure
Each Little Princess Spa® location is independently owned and operated. Little Princess Spa® franchisor is not responsible for the day-to-day operations of individual locations.
Drop-Off Policy
Campers must arrive during designated drop-off windows. Late arrivals may miss scheduled activities.
No Make-Up Days
Missed camp days due to illness, travel, or personal reasons are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Camp Program Acknowledgment
Enrollment in Little Princess Spa® camp programs requires that parents or legal guardians carefully review all three of the following documents in full:

Governing Law / Venue
This waiver and all camp-related participation shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Little Princess Spa® location operates.
