Our services are available to all members of the public regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation. Spa services are for entertainment purposes only. They are not performed by a licensed professional.

Terms and conditions

REMINDER:

  • There is a 50% DEPOSIT NON REFUNDABLE NON TRANSFERABLE TO BOOK A PARTY AND OR A DAY SPA.
  • You will have a balance due at the end of the party, and needs to be paid with a physical card and ID in person.
  • IF MORE THAN THE SPECIFIED NUMBER OF KIDS FOR THAT PACKAGE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AN ADDITIONAL HOUR IS REQUIRED. THE ADDITIONAL HOUR MUST BE BOOKED WHEN BOOKING THE PARTY.
  • YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE NUMBER OF KIDS YOU CONFIRMED (REGARDLESS IF SOMEONE DOESN’T SHOW UP THE DAY OF). The MANAGER OR RESERVATIONIST will call you the week of your party to confirm your final number of guests.
  • In order to ensure a smooth day, parties start on the time it was scheduled for and finishes on time. Please be mindful that we have a schedule; we have limited time for taking pictures.
  • YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED to arrive more than 30 minutes before the time that the party is scheduled to commence and YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED to prolong the party past your reserved time-slot. Please be advised that there will be an extra $250 fee if you stay at the facility after your party has ended.
  • ADULT SUPERVISION IS A RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENTS / ADULTS HOSTING THE PARTY. The Supervisor and fairies are busy providing services and making sure the event runs smoothly, they ARE NOT responsible for (including but not limited to) WHO IS PICKING UP THE CHILD, ALLERGIES, CALLING THE CHILD’S PARENT IN CASE OF ANY EMERGENCIES, TAKING THE CHILD TO THE BATHROOM IF THEY NEED ASSISTANCE.
  • If an unconfirmed guest shows up for your party (ex: you confirmed 10 and 12 shows up) we hold the right not to provide any spa services to these guest(s) as time will not permit. Or we hold the right to change your party package to accommodate the unconfirmed guest(s). We may try our best to fit them in by providing all or only some spa service if time permits. However please note that the services and or the party may be or look rushed due to adding unconfirmed guests at the last minute.
  • If any of your guest(s) arrives late for the party, some of the spa service that is included in your package will be reduced/cut off. Meaning, your late guest will not be getting all of the spa services included in your party package because time will not permit. Your supervisor will let you know which services your late guest will not be getting and which spa service your guest may be getting.
  • If your party starts late (15 minutes or more) because either you arrived late, or the birthday girl arrived late, or majority of your guests arrived late, or for any unforeseen reason(s) not specified here, we hold the right to cut down on spa service, or change your party package to better administer your time. .
  • If piñata time is requested by you (customer), only 1 game will be played at the end of the party plus the piñata game.
  • The guest(s) that will participate in the pink lemonade cheers are the ones arriving at the party on time. The toast is done in the first 10-15 minutes from the start of the party. Any guest(s) arriving past this time will not participate in the toast.
  • Kids may or may not eat all together depending if the time permits, however they do all sit and eat together to eat cake.
  • Some of your guest(s) may choose not to do some or all of the spa services or fashion show included in your party package. We try our best to convince them to participate, nonetheless if they still choose not to participate we will respect their choice and not provide the services, however you will still be charged for that guest(s).
  • We do not have a designated time for the birthday girl to take pictures by the cake table. If this is something you would like to do, please do so during craft time. We will cut the cake as soon as the birthday wishes at the flower wall are done.
  • Guest(s) that come in with gel nail polish on their nails (hands and/or feet) will not get the mini manicure and/or the mini pedicure spa service done. We do not remove gel nail polish.
  • You are NOT allowed to bring or use at the spa: Confetti, Ice cream or Ice cream cake, banners to hang on the wall, soups or foods that are soup-like.
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF A CHILD IS LOST, MISSING, OR WHO THE CHILD GOES HOME WITH. We recommend parents to be aware of who is picking up each child.

WE ALLOW:

  • You can arrive 30 minutes prior to the party to bring in food, cake, drinks, etc. We have 3 white wooden/ glass tables with tutu skirts around, decorated in front of the spa for you to use.
  • You are more than welcome to bring balloons, table decorations, food for the kids and parents, wine and champagne for parents, wine and/or champagne glasses will be provided.
  • If you are bringing any drinks make sure you bring ice, an ice bucket will be provided to you.
  • You can bring party favors, cakes, cupcakes and other sweets. (except ice cream)
  • Please be sure to bring party utensils/supplies according to the food you are bringing, unless your package includes party utensils. If you DO NOT bring your own party utensils/ supplies and need to use Little Princess’ Spa supplies, we will add a $25 fee to your invoice.
  • Outside food: Please make sure you tell the pizza company or caterer to have pizza/ catered food delivered 30 minutes after the party is scheduled to start. (for example, a party starting at 1 PM, food should arrive at 1:30 PM).

WHAT WE DO NOT ALLOW IN LITTLE PRINCESS SPA FACILITIES:

  • You cannot CHANGE THE DAY AND TIME OF PARTY ONCE ITS BOOKED.
  • You are not allowed to call us during the weekend or on the day of the party to give us the headcount of guests.
  • We ask customers to not form a line at service stations, kids can do arts n’ crafts or have a snack while waiting their turn for the next station..
  • We do not allow for any services to be re-done.
  • We do not have a designated time for the birthday girl to take pictures by the cake table. Parents are responsible to take their daughter aside during arts n’ crafts to do so.
  • We do not allow confetti, bubbles, explosive candles, or orbeez.
  • If hanging something from the ceiling, no nails, tape or pin are allowed on the walls or anything that can damage the paint. We have hooks already in various strategic places.
  • Pinatas are not allowed to be hung from the ceiling, the fairies or a parent is going to hold it up.
  • You are not allowed to open gifts at the spa. There is no time allocated to do this.
  • Kids are not allowed to wear SOCKS OR STOCKINGS during the services, games/ dance, or fashion show for safety measures.
  • Ice cream and ice cream cake or anything that requires storage in a freezer.
  • Outside table decorator companies, (you can use our approved vendor).
  • Moving our furniture around or re-decorating the spa is prohibited.
  • Outside princess or character company, ( you can use our approved vendor).
  • Outside panels or backdrops, some name banners are allowed; see our selection of panels/ backdrops to customize your party, ( may vary per location).
  • Outside balloon arches; see our selection of balloon bouquets and arches  ( may vary per location).

PAYMENT:

A 50% deposit per person is required to book an appointment and hair salon services. Please make sure that the credit card you use for the deposit and balance due is under the name of the person that booked the appointment, as we will be checking the picture id and credit card on the day of the appointment. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. The day and time of the appointment cannot be changed once it has been booked. If you do not show up to your appointment you will lose your deposit.

GRATUITY

A 20% gratuity of the total APPOINTMENT price will be added automatically to the invoice amount.

 

CANCELLATION:

The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. The day and time of the appointment cannot be changed once it has been booked. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will lose your deposit. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment gets canceled automatically, and your deposit will NOT be refunded or changed to another date. You will need to call, reschedule, and make a new deposit.

PHOTOGRAPHER, FACE PAINTING & LIMOUSINE ITEMS:

If you have selected face painting, photographer, or limousine with your appointment, please be aware that those are third-party items, and the availability has to be confirmed. We will contact you soon after you book your appointment to let you know.

BEWARE: Day spa appointments booked for the same day must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment time. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reschedule. Parties booked online for the same day or booked on a Friday for a weekend party will NOT be honored and will be CANCELLED. Do not show up for parties or day spa appointments booked under these conditions. We will not provide services as we need ample time to coordinate events.

    • A SERVICE CHARGE of 5% will be added and charged to your total bill. This service charge is a standard fee that we add to all events held at our venue. It’s used to ensure that our team can provide you with exceptional experience from start to finish. It covers the costs of providing exceptional service and amenities to ensure your event runs smoothly and successfully. This includes dedicated event coordination and management / Professional staff, and event assistants / Use of our venue, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations / Cleaning and maintenance of the venue before, during, and after the event. Think of it like a concierge service for your event – we take care of all the details so you can focus on enjoying your special occasion.
    • IF MORE THAN THE SPECIFIED NUMBER OF KIDS FOR THE PACKAGE YOU PURCHASED HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AN ADDITIONAL HOUR IS REQUIRED. ADDITIONAL HOUR MUST BE BOOKED WHEN BOOKING THE PARTY, OR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR IF WE HAVE THE AVAILABILITY OF 1 HOUR BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR PARTY. ADDITIONAL 1 HOUR MAY NOT ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE.

    • Outside food: Please make sure you tell the pizza company or caterer to have pizza/ catered food delivered 30 minutes after the party is scheduled to start. (for example, a party starting at 1 PM, food should arrive at 1:30 PM NO LATER).

    • NO hitting Pinatas, ONLY string pinatas.
    • You are not allowed to open gifts at the spa. There is no time allocated to do this.
    • Kids are not allowed to wear SOCKS OR STOCKINGS during the services, games/ dance, or fashion show for safety measures.
    • Ice cream and ice cream cake or anything that requires storage in a freezer.
    • Outside table decorator companies, princesses or characters, or entertainers (you can use our approved vendor).
    • Moving our furniture around or re-decorating the spa is prohibited.
    • Outside panels or backdrops, some name banners are allowed; see our selection of panels/ backdrops to customize your party, (may vary per location).
    • Outside balloon arches; see our selection of balloon bouquets and arches (may vary per location).
    • Backdrop panels are RENTAL only. You do not take it home.
    • Balloon Columns are decorations ONLY, you do not take it home. Balloons are installed on a rod that cannot leave the spa. So, balloon columns are to decorate your party ONLY.

SALES/DISCOUNTS: Offers CANNOT be combined with any other offers or discounts. It only applies to new orders booked within the dates stipulated for the sale, or until limited time slots are sold out. It cannot be applied to orders booked before the sale or after the sale date. If your party already includes any items that is included as an offer to any sale we have, you will NOT get double of any items or items discount cannot be substituted, exchanged for credit, or refunded with the intention of receiving the value in credit or money back. We reserve the right to refuse to honor any sale or discount due to lack of supplies, unavailability of time slots, or if the sale date has expired.

PAYMENT:

Other services like Princess events, summer camp, play date, hair salon may require full payment up front.  Please make sure that the credit card you use for the deposit and balance due is under the name of the person that booked the event, as we will be checking the picture ID and credit card on the day of the event. A minimum of 20% gratuity of the total event price is appreciated.  We calculate it at the end of your event. Gratuity is distributed equally to every employee that worked in your event.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your day spa appointment time, your appointment gets canceled automatically, and your deposit will NOT be refunded or changed to another date. You will need to call, reschedule, and make a new deposit. If you do not show up for your scheduled party your party gets canceled automatically, and your deposit will NOT be refunded or changed to another date. You will need to call, reschedule, and make a new deposit. If you arrive late for your party, we will only provide what time you have left of your scheduled party. We will not add time to make up for your delay. If we have time available to add we can, however there is a charge for an additional hour. Min of 1 hour must be added. We do not add additional time less than 1 hour.

PHOTOGRAPHER, FACE PAINTING, LIMOUSINE, DJ, TABLE DECOR. LIVE PRINCESS OR CHARACTER SERVICES:

If you have selected ANY of these services, please be aware that those are third-party services, and the availability must be confirmed. We will contact you soon after you book your appointment to let you know. Little Princess Spa holds the right to cancel and/ or remove vendor services due to any unforeseen emergency that our vendors may run into even at the last minute. We will then remove the vendor charge from your invoice or the contracted price between the vendor service and the Spa is what will be discounted from your invoice. Please be advised that the customer WILL NOT receive any additional reimbursement or discount on your invoice total and/ or balance for a vendor that does not show up due to any unforeseen emergency.

Little Princess Spa Tampa is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users. We want to assure you that
we do not share your personal information with third parties. This privacy policy outlines how we
collect, use, and protect the information you provide to us.

INFORMATION COLLECTION:
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services. This may include your
name, email address and phone number. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third
parties.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION:
The information collected is used solely for communicating with you as the intended party. We do not
share your information with external parties for marketing or any other purposes. Additionally, no
mobile or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for
marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in
data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may use personal data for the following purposes:
• To provide and maintain our service, including to monitor the usage of our service.
• To manage your Account: to manage your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal

Little Princess Spa Tampa does not share any client data with third parties for marketing, promotional

to any outside organizations, except as required by law or with your explicit consent. We may disclose

• We need to enforce our Terms of Service.

• We transfer Personal Information about you if Little Princess Spa Tampa or its assets are acquired by

We may share aggregated, non-identifiable information with others without further notice to you, such
as the total number of people who used the Service in a specific month or the total number of
messages sent during a particular period.
