Little Princess Spa is a private event venue. We operate by appointment only for spa, salon and private parties. We provide birthday parties, themed parties, baby showers by appointment only. We also provide DAY SPA individual appointments for your girl to feel like a princess any day of the year. Additionally, we host events throughout the year, including camps and classes.

Tips are welcome for all of our entertainers. To show your appreciation, you are welcome to tip them appropriately. Any tip is appreciated!

Typically, gratuity recommendation is 20% tip for all party/appointment packages.

Little Princess Spa is a PRIVATE event venue. This means you and your guests will have the whole venue to yourself. You will not need to share your reserved time-slot with others who are not your guests.

Little Princess Spa Public Events are on a group basis, you will share the venue with other guests with also purchased tickets.

Yes, Little Princess Spa is open everyday by only able to accomodate previously scheduled appointments and parties. We are NOT currently accepting walk-ins at this time. You must schedule a date and time for any event. Please call or email us to book your next event.

We cater to children between the ages of  2-15. It is up to a parent/adult to assess the maturity of their child to receive our mini-spa services.

We are not available to the public for walk-ins with set business hours because we are an appointment-only business for private functions. We schedule parties and events seven days a week and are looking forward to finding the perfect time for your next event!

No. Unfortunately there is NO refund for parties or day spa appointments that are cancelled.

Little Princess Spa will not issue any refunds or changed the date and time of the party, appointment or event. In the event of Force Majeure ONLY Little Princess Spa shall not be deemed in default or otherwise liable under these rules and policies due to its inability to perform its obligations by reason of any fire, earthquake, flood, substantial snowstorm, epidemic, pandemic, virus, accident, explosion, casualty, strike, lockout, labor controversy, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, cyber-terrorism, embargo, war, act of God, or any municipal, county, state or national ordinance or law, or any executive, administrative or judicial order (which order is not the result of any act or omission which would constitute a default hereunder), or any failure or delay of any transportation, power, or communications system or any as ‘FORCE MAJEURE’). Notwithstanding the foregoing, SITE shall be permitted to terminate this Agreement with or without notice to USER in the event that USER is prevented from performing hereunder due to FORCE MAJEURE. WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND; we will issue a credit of the non-refundable deposit paid by you for you to use towards your next party/appointment/event; this only applies if force of majeure occurs.

We have a space for parents, our “Lounge” with ample seating and a coffee table at the front of the spa. We invite parents to enjoy their time but PLEASE be mindful of your child. The fairies are occupied providing the magical services and we appreciate the assistance of each parent that is present.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF A CHILD IS LOST, MISSING, OR WHO THE CHILD LEAVES WITH. We recommend parents or adults hosting the party be aware of who is picking up each child.

The parents or adults hosting the party are responsible for their kid/guests and dismissing the kids at the end of the party. We are a private party venue with 1 front door entrance where it can be easily monitored for who comes in and out. We recommend parents have the contract of every child guest’s pick-up.

A child from a previous party is NOT allowed to stay behind alone to wait for a late pick-up. We request that the parents or responsible adult hosting the party wait with them outside the venue if it is past their party time-frame.

We have safety cameras in all areas of the spa in all of our locations.

Arriving late will deprive you and your guests’ valuable service time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.

We have an electronic waiver at the entrance of the spa that must be filled out by their guardian for every guest and non-guest child will be inside the venue.

We have 3 white wood tables decorated in front of the spa for you. You are welcome to bring outside foods, snacks, deserts, birthday cake/cupcakes; we recommend finder foods and quick bites but this is up to you. Any trays you will need to display or setup your food. WE PROVIDE A CAKE STAND FOR YOUR USE WHILE IN THE SPA.

Water, juice, soda and drinks for the parents such as wine or champagne. Bring ICE!! We do have two ice buckets for use in the spa and will provide wine or champagne glasses.

For decorations you can bring ballon bouquets, table centerpieces, candy stations, small name banners, flowers, Good bags or treats to hadn’t out at the end of the party.

We sell a party utensil kit for $25. This can be added to any party package. If you choose, you can bring your own utensils, cake plates, food plates, napkins, disposable cups, forks, spoons and knives, if necessary.

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED: Confetti, Orbeez, Soap Bubbles, Swing Pinatas or any flames/fireworks.

Yes, we allow outside food for all birthday party packages. See our party add-ons or call the locations nearest to you for food package information.

If you are having outside food delivered (pizza), we recommend the food to arrive 20-30 minutes after your party’s starting time.

Please avoid soups or extremely messy food for the kids.

Yes, we DO provide help, our fairies and supervisor will assist you in setting up your food, drink and decor if you arrive prior to the start of your party. Please understand there is a limited time for setup. If you do not arrive 30 minutes prior to the party commencing, we CANNOT guarantee the fairies will have time to help you set up the food and decorations. The party will begin on time.

No, you DO NOT have to clean up, clean up is done by our staff after you party is over.

NO, no ice cream or ice cream cake is allowed since we do not have a freezer.

PLEASE NOTE, If you are over a certain number of guests or add-ons require, and additional hour may be required. This is not Guaranteed unless it is booked at the same time of the event. If you believe you may need EXTRA time, please book this the same day and the original reservation. We can only have the maximum number of guests at party packages due to timing constraints.

If any of your guest(s) arrive late for the party, some of the spa services that are included in your packages may be reduced/cut-off. Meaning that your late guest will not be guaranteed to get all of the spa services included in your party package because time will not permit. The party lead will let you know which services your late guests will not be getting and which spa services your guests may be getting.

The guest(s) that arrive on time will be participate in the pink lemonade cheers. This toast is done in the first 10-15 minutes from the start of the party. Any guest(s) arriving after this time will not participate in the toast.

For day spa appointments

If you do not show up to your appointment you will lose your deposit. Any late arrivals are NOT guaranteed to receive all of the services included in appointment package. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled automatically, and your deposit will NOT be refunded or changed to another date. You will need to call, reschedule and make a new deposit

For party packages

If you do not show up to your party you will lose your deposit. Any late arrivals are NOT guaranteed to receive all of the services included in party package. You may add time on to your package is space allows, but this is not guaranteed!

The party will start on time and end on time! If the parents or birthday girl arrive late, we reserve the rite to make some changes to the amount of services to better accommodate your party.

NO SOCKS ARE ALLOWED during the party. We take off any shoes, sock or stockings before we start the spa services. We put their shoes and socks/stockings back on at the end of the party/day spa. This is our protocol for safety reasons.

YES, sibling are welcome to stay, but may not do the spa services or other activities included in the party package unless they are a confirmed guest. We kindly ask that there is a max of 2 adults per child.

Yes it is, the spa is only for you and your guests to enjoy.

All of Little Princess Spa hair combs are sanitized for every party/ appointment.

Please be advised that should the girl arrive at the salon with lice, we will not provide any type of HAIR services.

Yes, if ample time is available to make changes necessary. For this you should CALL our office where you booked your reservation and speak to them about you options. Please see our add-ons for items that require additional hours.

If you need an additional hour, that needs to bee booked the day that you booked your time slot.

No, all of our Spa Services are FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. They are done by our magical fairies!

We use disposable applicators for every child’s makeup. We do not touch products to the skin directly (ex. Lipstick is not applied directly, we use a disposable tool). Every child has their own combo for hair-do, we do not reuse combs, they are sanitized through a multi-step process and stored in Barbicide.

Please be advised that if a child has LICE we WILL NOT provide any type of hair service and it will be communicated to the responsible adult present.

The water for Mini-Mani and Mini-Pedi is changed and bowls are sanitized between every child. Our Mini-Facial is applied with disposable cotton balls.

The spa is cleaned and all surfaces are sanitized before every party. We want our customers to know they have a fresh and clean private venue just for them for the duration of the event.

Hand Sanitizer is present at stations in the spa.
