Thank you for requesting your Princess appointment at Little Princess Spa. A 50 % deposit is required to book an appointment, appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, we DO NOT change the date or time of an appointment once its booked. To ensure all of our clients receive the best service during their scheduled appointment, any LATE arrivals are NOT guaranteed to receive all of the services included in appointment package. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled automatically, and your deposit will NOT be refunded or changed to another date. If you do not show up for your appointment you will loose your deposit. You will need to call, reschedule and make a new appointment/deposit. An Invoice Agreement including Terms and Conditions will be emailed to you upon receipt of your non-refundable deposit. By giving a non-refundable deposit you are authorizing Little Princess Spa to charge the total amount due to the payment card provided. By paying the non-refundable deposit you are agreeing to the legally binding contract, terms and conditions, invoice agreement and liability waiver. Please type your name below.
