Membership Rules

• Membership is valid only at the location where it was purchased.
• Membership applies to one child only.
• Membership is per child, not per household.
• Benefits may not be transferred.
• Benefits do not roll over unless specifically stated.
• Membership discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, coupons, sales, or discounts.
• The greater discount will apply.
• Membership account must remain active and current on payments.
• Benefits are suspended if payment fails.
• 6-month minimum commitment required.
• Membership may be canceled after the initial commitment period.
